I am embarking on a new journey: I want to create a session on Intergender Communication in the Workplace.

I have a lot of homework to do here. Why?! Because I need to educate myself about what academia has done so far on gender bias in the workplace and not only. I believe that Organizational Behavior will be my new best friend for a while!
