We live tough times. And most of us have gone through those moments when the floors, roamed by rushed colleagues were thriving with background sounds of phones ringing, coffee mugs clinking, voices, steps and, sometimes, laughter.
Slowly, that changed…
First, you have been asked to relocated on a different floor because your floor was half empty. And silent. The second one is new, but different, cold and unfamiliar. You neighbor people with whom you never worked before…
Everybody is stressed out.
It’s amazing how, every time there is a need, that need will be fulfilled by something. Or someone, in this case.
My extraordinary friend, Claudia Gomez-Villeneuve, has prepared and is presenting a wonderful session on Surviving Layoff Survivor Syndrome.

If you, or someone you know needs support now , access the event link here!
Claudia is a dynamic presenter who is well respected for her ability to teach complex topics with positivity, creativity and passion, Claudia is also an accomplished engineer and a wonderful colleague, being fully dedicated to the idea of bringing value to the all audiences, be it in a seminar or a conference room.
By participating in this session, participants will learn:
• How to recognize the signs of layoff survivor syndrome within themselves and within their teams
• What information to provide their teams to counteract this syndrome and its impacts on engagement
• Which actions to take to allow the team to recover more quickly and return to normal productivity
