Today’s workplace is the pot where at least two genders, four generations and a dozen cultures melt together to enable performance and professionalism. We all recognize the paramount importance of communication, yet, every day we feel that we don’t use all optimal channels to make ourselves heard. I am embarking on a new journey: I want to create a session on Intergender Communication in the Workplace. I have a lot of homework to do here. Why?! Because I need to educate myself about what academia has done so far on gender bias in the workplace and not only. I believe that Organizational Behavior will be my new best friend for a while!
