We have released our session for Workplace Intergender Communication! Today’s workplace is the pot where at least two genders, four generations and a dozen cultures melt together to enable performance and professionalism. We all recognize the paramount importance of communication, yet, every day we feel that we don’t use all optimal channels to make ourselves heard. More so, today’s complex needs for communication are still relying on gender behavior perceptions established 40 years ago, when women, most likely, chose to be employed outside the home.
