My name is Diana Ionescu and I am a professional engineer backed by an experience exceeding two decades in the area of Consulting Engineering, Business Optimization and Change Management.
My personal focus is oriented towards processes optimization, quality and productivity. Gateway Latitude, the company that I lead, also provides educational services that have their roots in our general consulting practice.

The market demand for continuous improvement has come as an extension to our consulting practice and, as a result, we have created our newest division: EDUCOLIS. During the past two years, multiple professional development courses have been developed and delivered for and to APEGA.
In 2004, I have also trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP™), a model of interpersonal communication popularized, among others, by Tony Robbins. Ever since, NLP™ has been a constant part of my daily life and has helped my approach to engineering solutions and clients and projects management. In March 2016 I have had the privilege to meet and study with the NLP™ creator, Richard Bandler, in Orlando, Florida.

I initiated the development of our courses recognizing the demand in the area of corporate communication and best practices in Consulting Engineering. It’s a well-known fact that miscommunication and best practices avoidance may often result in projects missed deadlines, overrun budgets, low quality deliverables and Client’s overall dissatisfaction. Just as much as we need today to integrate with great results both genders into the workplace landscape.
